Using the service
You must provide accurate student, delivery, and supporting-document information. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity performed through your account.
Applications and payments
Submission does not guarantee immediate completion. Applications are subject to record checks and the postgraduate approval workflow. Fees and payment confirmation are handled through the payment options displayed by the portal.
Documents and delivery
Uploaded documents must be authentic and relevant to the request. Delivery times depend on verification, approvals, payment confirmation, destination, and courier availability.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the portal, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information, interfere with availability, or use another person's records without authority.
